Music Videos

I have a great passion for music so when I get the chance to work on a music video I jump at the opportunity. Below is the music video I created for RXPTRS for their song Parasites. I was lucky enough to meet the guys in the band through being a resident videography at multiple alternative club nights.

They came to me and said they had rented a white infinite room and were looking for a black and white video with a transition to red. We had a meeting to discuss the plan and combine their ideas with my own and a couple days later we shot the whole music video in a day. With the limited time we had, I tried to cover as many bases as possible in terms of shots and stitch it all together with some fast paced cuts and edgy yet subtle effects.

An addition that was later requested and added in the edit was for the lyrics that were hand drawn by the lead singer, to be incorporated into some shots. I personally wasn’t keen on this idea but the band loved how it turned out.
